A1- This flour is prepared by sun drying sustainably grown yellow corn kernels (naturally). Natural/raw stones are used to prepare this flour. These stones rotate at very low RPM, without generating heat in the flour, saving all nutrition. Natural/raw stones' grinding yield is less as compared to emery (synthetic) stones, and they are very difficult to maintain.

Q2- Can we consume Corn Flour if we have diabetes?

A2- Yes. For most of the Diabetic patients it is a suitable product but when consumed in moderate quantity as it is high in Carbohydrates which can spike blood sugar levels if consumed in excess.
